Our BREEAM APs and auditors are professionals at the heart of the BREEAM community. They are experts in sustainability in the built environment, know the latest developments, represent BREEAM in the market, drive sustainability solutions and deliver quality assessments.

BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP)

The BREEAM AP is an accredited sustainability expert and is trained in the application of the BREEAM rating system and in his role in the project. As a contact person for questions relating to BREEAM certification, he accompanies an audit process through to the award of the seal of approval. He supports the client both externally and internally with advice and assistance and, if necessary, prepares, checks and adds supporting documents for submission. He He supports the projects during the planning and execution phase.

BREEAM Auditor (BREEAM Assessor)

The BREEAM Auditor or BREEAM Assessor is a qualified expert for BREEAM certification. He carries out the audit for BREEAM certification, checks and accepts the client’s verification documents and assumes full liability for the accuracy and conformity of the audit.
