ECORE scoring model

The scoring model consists of three clusters: Governance, Consumption and Emissions and Asset Check. Cluster I – Governance focuses on sustainability and management in the portfolio, communication and external quality assurance (e.g. evidence, ratings). The extent to which tenant exclusion criteria are applied or green leases are concluded is analyzed here. Cluster II – Consumption and emissions The focus here is on energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, water consumption and waste generation as well as the “Paris-Ready” assessment (comparison with the target data for 2030). Cluster III – Asset Check covers the topics: Building automation, envelope and technology, resources, user comfort, economy, location and measures in operation.
