Hanih Paydar earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and food chemistry in Iran from 2004 to 2009. After moving to Germany, she continued her academic career at the University of Stuttgart, where she successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from 2014 to 2020. Since 2020, she has been pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Protection Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, deepening her expertise in the fields of sustainability and environmental engineering.
From 2019 to 2021, Hanih Paydar worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Urban Water Engineering, Water Quality, and Waste Management at the University of Stuttgart. There, she gained valuable experience in the scientific investigation of environmental engineering issues and deepened her knowledge in the field of sustainable technologies.
Hanih Paydar has been working as a project engineer in the Green Building Design division at HOINKA GmbH since 2021. In this role, she supports the development of sustainable building concepts and applies her interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of chemistry, environmental engineering, and sustainable construction to challenging projects. Her goal is to develop and implement resource-efficient and future-proof solutions for sustainable construction.
