April 14, 2025 P3 Logstics Parks develops 33,000 m² of logistics space in Siegenburg and Hoinka GmbH accompanies the certification according to BREEAM “Excellent”
With the ongoing P3 Siegenburg construction project, P3 Logistics and KLEBL GmbH are setting a strong example for sustainable logistics solutions. A pioneering site is currently being built on a gross floor area of 32,500 m² and is scheduled for completion in 2024. The project is being supported by Hoinka GmbH with the aim of achieving BREEAM “Excellent” certification and is based on the highest sustainability standards.
