Technical due diligence is a structured inspection process in which the technical technical aspects of an existing property or project. are carefully analyzed and evaluated in the context of a purchase or sale. The aim is to the structural, technical and operational condition of the of the property systematically in order to risks, investment requirements and opportunities recognize.
The assessment is carried out by building experts, architects or engineers and includes a technical condition assessment, investment and maintenance requirements, sustainability opportunities and ESG risks and recommendations for buyers or investors.
