How does WELL certification work?

The following steps are taken before certification begins:

Assignment of a WELL-AP
The WELL expert provides you with technical and strategic support throughout the entire process.
Target definition & system selection
Which features can be realized? Which level (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) should be achieved?
Pre-assessment / scorecard creation
Development of a project-specific scorecard in accordance with WELL v2.
Project registration via WELL Online
Registration of the project with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
Implementation & verification
Verification management, planning integration and coordination of all parties involved.
Performance testing & certification
The final measurements are carried out by an accredited test team, followed by an evaluation by GBCI.
