July 18, 2025 Thomas Hoinka presents the LEED Gold award at the grand opening of the ARaymond Campus in Lörrach. The LEED certification was accompanied by HOINKA GmbH.
At the official opening of the new campus of the local automotive supplier ARaymond, HOINKA Managing Director Thomas Hoinka, in his role as LEED AP, was presented with the plaque for the LEED Gold award for the building.
The campus combines new and existing buildings: in addition to the new training and education center, the “Center of Collaboration” and a visitor center with an adjoining staff restaurant, it also includes the company building from 1898, which is no longer in use and will house a company museum in the future.
In order to meet the demands of modern working, the new buildings are designed for a variety of uses. The dining room can be transformed into an auditorium if required, and the open and flexible office space in the “Center of Collaboration” offers space for cross-team collaboration and meetings, but also for retreat and concentrated work.
The new buildings were planned and constructed in accordance with LEED Gold requirements. They meet the KfW 40 efficiency standard and the energy supply is provided by a groundwater heat pump and the building’s own PV system. The parking garage has 30 e-charging stations and offers secure parking spaces for bicycles and e-bikes. A green inner courtyard invites you to linger and regenerate.
