24.03.2011 The product EverCrete® from ECOBETON Deutschland GmbH can now also be found in the greenbuildingproducts.eu product database. EverCrete® is a sealer for industrial floors, concrete floors and other applications. EverCrete consists of a high-quality, water-based sodium silicate with a unique catalyst that enables particularly deep penetration into the concrete.

The product fulfills the following criteria in the LEED and DGNB system:
LEED New Construction:
- The product meets the requirements for paints and coatings and contributes to the achievement of one LEED point under EQ Credit 4.2 ‘Low Emitting Materials – Paints and Coatings’.
- The product meets the requirements for floor coatings, sealants and colorants for low-emitting floor coverings and contributes to the achievement of a LEED point under EQ Credit 4.3 ‘Low Emitting Materials – Flooring Systems’.
DGNB new building version 2009:
The product is VOC-free and thus fulfills the requirements for quality levels 1 to 4. The product thus contributes to achieving 10 (out of a maximum of 10 achievable) assessment points in Profile 06 “Risks for the local environment”.
