November 04, 2025 Certified Good Mobility adds the “mobility” component to traditional sustainability standards. Ahmet Aytekin (HOINKA GmbH) is a Good Mobility Fellow – and your contact for a sustainable mobility concept.
Our colleague Ahmet Aytekin took part in the Good Mobility Academy and is now an auditor for Certified Good Mobility, an evaluation system for the planning and implementation of mobility concepts for new buildings, existing buildings and neighborhoods. The Good Mobility Standard defines comprehensible criteria, offers clear assessment methods and ensures transparency through continuous monitoring. It helps to plan and develop buildings and districts in such a way that they promote climate-friendly mobility, offer a high level of user comfort and remain resilient in the long term. The criteria include, for example, public transport connections, accessibility, climate-friendly mobility features such as bicycle parking spaces and e-charging stations or logistics issues. An intelligent mobility concept is an integral part of sustainable building and urban planning and a useful addition to other sustainability standards such as DGNB, BREEAM, LEED or WELL.
