oekobilanz-bau.de – New ÖKOBAUDAT 2016
In our online tool oekobilanz-bau.de the new data records from OEKOBAUDAT 2016 (18.05.2016) are now available. A total of 350 data records from environmental product declarations from the Institut Bauen und Umwelt (IBU) have been added. This means that a total of over 1,000 data records are now available for the creation of building life cycle assessments. New processes include modified mineral mortars, dispersion-based products (adhesives, primers, sealants), doors & gates and many more.
The BBSR has also announced changes to existing data sets. These have been incorporated into our oekobilanz-bau.de tool with the update. Please note that your results may change slightly compared to ÖKOBAUDAT 2015 as a result. The datasets and evaluations based on Ökobau.dat 2010 and Ökobau.dat 2011 can still be used in our old tool.
Life cycle assessments for DGNB, LEED and BREEAM
The online tool oekobilanz-bau.de allows you to create life cycle assessments for your DGNB, LEED and BREEAM certification projects.
For the life cycle assessment of buildings on oekobilanz-bau.de we offer you an evaluation and a printout in Excel format. The Excel evaluation of our software is recognized as proof by the DGNB for the criteria ENV 1.1 “Life Cycle Assessment – Emission-related Environmental Impacts” and ENV 2.1 “Life Cycle Assessment – Resource Consumption” and enables transparent and verifiable verification. The format is also suitable for your own analysis and adaptations.
Further servics
We are also happy to support you with your projects and prepare life cycle assessments and pinpoint estimations in every stage of the project. As a result, we can give recommendations regarding energy optimisation, energy sources and building constructions.
In cooperation with further auditors we were already able to successfully complete the verification of the life cycle assessment in more than 20 projects. This includes a reliable preliminary estimate as well as the preparation of the complete verification documents including quantity survey.
