GPC Professional

As a GPC Professional, we support the vision of sustainable building in all areas. GPCPs can help to plan and implement the principles according to the GBI rating system in order to obtain the GPC certification.

A third-party assessment conducted by a GBI-trained assessor is required to validate compliance with the Guiding Principles as part of the GPC NC assessment program. An assessor with expertise in green building design, engineering, and construction interfaces with project teams and building owners during the assessment process by reviewing and evaluating documentation during design. When construction is complete, the assessor will either conduct a second document review or an onsite assessment, finishing with a comprehensive assessment report.
