Hence the building demonstrates the fulfillment of\u00a0 high standards of sustainable construction according to DGNB. The Green Building Certification according to the German DGNB process was executed by HOINKA GmbH in cooperation with kadawittfeldarchitektur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HOINKA GmbH supervised the project since 2013 as DGNB Auditor. After a detailed pre-assessment, which served as a decision basis for the client, the necessary measures to achieve a DGNB Gold certification were identified and presented to the client. Based on this HOINKA GmbH created a functional specification for the client that facilitated the implementation of all criteria for participating designers. Particular emphasis was paid to implement the complex DGNB requirements for building services, the use of ecological building materials and construction documentation in the ongoing planning and construction process. An ongoing review of planning has also taken place.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some highlights of the project that led to a DGNB certification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consideration of sustainability criteria in early project phases<\/li>\n<li>High demands on thermal comfort<\/li>\n<li>High demands on light quality and daylight utilization<\/li>\n<li>High demands on room acoustics<\/li>\n<li>Good indoor air quality \/ Use of very low-emission building materials<\/li>\n<li>Use of sustainable wood and wood materials<\/li>\n<li>Water conservation<\/li>\n<li>Energetically optimized concept<\/li>\n<li>Low life cycle costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The DGNB was founded in 2007 by 16 initiators of various disciplines in the construction and real estate sector. The aim is to promote sustainable construction.
