January 8, 2026 <\/span>HOINKA GmbH accompanies the DGNB certification of the new building project BC3 on the educational campus of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation in Heilbronn. <\/b><\/p>\n

On the educational campus of the <\/span>Dieter Schwarz Foundation <\/b>in Heilbronn, the new building <\/span>BC3<\/b> a pioneering high-rise project. Planned is a <\/span>15-storey new building in timber hybrid construction<\/b>. With around <\/span>19,700 m\u00b2 gross floor area<\/b> the building not only impresses with its striking architecture with staggered storeys and a light fa\u00e7ade design, but also with its comprehensive sustainability concept. Green roof terraces and fa\u00e7ades, the use of collected rainwater for irrigation and <\/span>Photovoltaic systems on the roof surfaces<\/b> contribute to the climate-friendly orientation of the project. On the ground floor and mezzanine <\/span>Semi-public uses<\/b> This will revitalize the area and link the educational campus more closely with the northern city centre. The upper floors will be occupied by the <\/span>DHBW Heilbronn<\/b> and the <\/span>DHBW CAS<\/b> for teaching, research and administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ramona Schuster was on site in Heilbronn in December and was able to take a look at the current status of the construction work for the project. The demolition of the existing Hofkammer building was completed on <\/span>February 17, 2025<\/b> and was already completed in December. The excavation of the construction pit was in full swing. Ramona Schuster accompanies the project for the <\/span>HOINKA GmbH<\/b> as DGNB auditor for the <\/span>DGNB certification<\/b>The aim is to achieve the highest award <\/span>DGNB Platinum<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n
