September 25, 2025 Another HOINKA project is in the starting blocks: Montpellier Carr\u00e9 Heidelberg will be a five-storey residential building with 86 modern, partially barrier-free condominiums.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Construction of the Montpellier Carr\u00e9 Heidelberg is about to begin. The project is aiming for DGNB Silver and QNG Plus certification. The building will also be constructed to the Efficiency House 40 standard. Ramona Schuster is acting as auditor for HOINKA GmbH for this project and is responsible for the DGNB and QNG certification. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.<\/p>\n
