For refurbishments, the grant amount is even 50%.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The new grants under the &#8220;Federal Subsidy for Efficient Buildings&#8221; (BEG) are not tied to loans, but are paid out after completion. As a rule, optimization of the building envelope and energy supply is required, whereby the additional costs incurred for this can be significantly lower than the grants. Construction work and the commissioning of construction services may not begin before the application is submitted, i.e. in July at the earliest. There are also attractive subsidies for the refurbishment of buildings to an efficiency house or individual measures on the building envelope or heating technology. The planning and construction supervision by an energy efficiency expert is subsidized by up to 50% (max. \u20ac20,000 or \u20ac10 per<sup>m2 GFA <\/sup>).   <\/p>\n<p>Planning and consulting services for building physics supervision by an expert in energy efficiency from the list of the German Energy Agency (dena) can be provided before the application is submitted.
