The following list does not claim to be exhaustive but serves as a guide for which types of natural hazards should be considered to meet the definition. Other types of natural hazards may also be relevant for this criterion. Relevance depends on local aspects of geography, geology, hydrology, and local climate factors. Possible natural hazards include: <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Floods\/Inundations, <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Natural events of geological origin, such as volcanic activity, earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, and tidal waves, <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Natural disasters of climatic or meteorological origin, such as droughts, avalanches, storm surges, and storms, including cyclones and tornadoes, <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Wildfires.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>BREEAM Rewards Resilient Building Design<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hoinka.com\/gebaeudezertifizierung\/breeam\/\">BREEAM<\/a> In-Use (DE\/AT\/CH) is a performance-based assessment process for certifying existing commercial buildings.
