There are various funding programs:   <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>1. climate-friendly new construction &#8211; residential buildings (KfW 297\/298)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For private individuals, companies &amp; municipalities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efficiency house level 40 required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The requirements for greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the &#8220;Quality Seal Sustainable Building Plus&#8221; (QNG-PLUS) must be met<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No oil, gas or biomass heating<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loan amount: up to <\/span>\u20ac100,000 per residential unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compliance with the requirements must be confirmed by an energy efficiency expert.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Climate-friendly residential building with the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG)<\/h3>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your project meets the requirements of the &#8220;Quality Seal Sustainable Building Plus&#8221; (QNG-PLUS) or the &#8220;Quality Seal Sustainable Building Premium (QNG-PREMIUM)&#8221; and has been awarded a corresponding sustainability certificate, it qualifies for the funding level <b>Climate-friendly residential building with QNG<\/b>. This increases the loan amount to a maximum of <b>\u20ac150,000 per residential unit<\/b>. For the &#8220;Climate-friendly non-residential building &#8211; with QNG&#8221; funding level, a sustainability consultant must also be involved. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loan amount: up to \u20ac 7.5<\/span> million per project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Climate-friendly non-residential building with the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG)<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If, in addition to the above points, the requirements for the QNG-PLUS or QNG-PREMIUM awards are met and confirmed by a sustainability certificate, your project qualifies for higher funding (up to \u20ac10 million per project).
