BNK\/BNG – Assessment system for sustainable small-scale housing\/assessment system for sustainable buildings<\/strong><\/h1>\n

We support you with your BNK\/BNG certification.<\/p>\n\tKontaktieren Sie uns<\/a>\r\n\nDas BNK\/BNG Zertifikat ist ein G\u00fctesiegel f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Bauen, das Wohngeb\u00e4ude in Deutschland auszeichnet. Seit dem 01.01.2023 k\u00f6nnen alle Wohngeb\u00e4udegr\u00f6\u00dfen zertifiziert werden: Das Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiger Kleinwohnungsbau<\/strong> (BNK) f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4ude mit 1 bis 5 Wohneinheiten und\u00a0 das Bewertungssystem Nachhaltige Geb\u00e4ude<\/strong> (BNG) f\u00fcr Geb\u00e4ude mit mehr als 5 Wohneinheiten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Der Zertifizierungsprozess verl\u00e4uft parallel zur Planung und dem Bau des Geb\u00e4udes. Ein BNK\/BNG Auditor begleitet das Projekt von der Planungsphase bis zur Fertigstellung. Die Zertifizierung erfolgt in mehreren Schritten:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Auswahl eines BNK\/BNG Auditors:<\/b> Diese sind von BiRN ausgebildete Experten f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Bauen, wie Architekten, Ingenieure oder Energieberater. Sie unterst\u00fctzen bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Anmeldung des Projekts bei BiRN:<\/b> Der Bauherr meldet das Geb\u00e4ude zur Zertifizierung an und schlie\u00dft Vertr\u00e4ge mit dem Auditor sowie der Zertifizierungsstelle BiRN ab.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Festlegung der nachhaltigen Planungsziele und Dokumentation:<\/b> Gemeinsam mit dem Auditor werden nachhaltige Ziele definiert und die erforderlichen Unterlagen erstellt. Nach Abschluss des Baus pr\u00fcft BiRN die Dokumentation und stellt bei erfolgreicher Pr\u00fcfung das Zertifikat aus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Das BNG\/BNK Zertifikat ist eine der Auszeichnungen, die als Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Erhalt des QNG<\/a> und somit auch f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung Klimafreundlicher Neubau<\/a> mit QNG gelten. Mit der F\u00f6rderung Klimafreundlicher Neubau bietet die KFW im Rahmen der Bundesf\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr effiziente Geb\u00e4ude (BEG) zinsg\u00fcnstige Kredite f\u00fcr klimafreundliche Neubauprojekte. Projekte, die die Anforderungen f\u00fcr QNG-Plus oder -Premium erf\u00fcllen und mit einem Nachhaltigkeitszertifikat augezeichnet werden, qualifizieren sich f\u00fcr eine h\u00f6here F\u00f6rderung.<\/p>\n
